Questions owners ask us
How much does Airbnb management cost in Warsaw?
Syrenka Stays charges 15% of booking revenue. Guests pay the cleaning fee, and repairs or supplies are billed at cost with your approval. Typical manager fees in Warsaw are 20–30%.
Who pays for cleaning?
Your guests do. The cleaning fee is added to each booking, so it doesn't come out of your payout.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. You can cancel anytime, and we take no fee on your first month of bookings.
Will you handle registration?
Yes. Since 20 May 2026 every listing needs a registration number. We prepare the paperwork and follow the new national bill.
Can I still use the apartment?
Yes. Block your dates and we price the rest of the calendar around them.
